if you are consuming 8200 calories then you will have to do very heavy work accordingly but don't forget the interest and enjoyment factor,otherwise it will become curse for you.
2000 calories are enough for you.
make a diet schedule in which you can determine which diet carries huge calories.
otherwise start doing joking,
15 minutes for 1st day and then gradually increase the movements right.
i think you might have some knees or leg bones problem that's why you can't stand up properly.
in our country ,there is a treatment for this in form of homeopathy.
perhaps you work hard that's why you require 8200 calories.

If you keep going this way you will end up having serious heart problems, and many other health related issues. Are you considerably overweight now? I am not sure if your questionis just a joke, but IF IT IS NOT, you need to change your eating habits very quickly.

well i heard the average calories a person should have everyday is like 5000 so you should lay back on the food get a bit or get some more exercise

growing inside of you
and you might have surgery
and will never eat unhealthy food ever just nongreasy foods thats what you will eat trust me that is what happend to my grandma and aunt
