What do people mean by "Worse than Cartman"

Which is saying something, 'cos he's pretty bad.
OH! About the Wii? Oh geez, he wanted that thing so badly he could eat or sleep or even think! I sincerely hope you don't want one that badly, Time Child.

well not only the chilli incident. But he pretty much tried to take down the jews dressed as hitler due to the movie "The Passion", killed someone in the past while he was having a "flashback" moment when he needed to learn about US history, he even tried to kill his own mother.
Pretty stupid that people have started to make the phrase "Worse Than Cartman". But it is pretty damn true. If you did something worse than cartman. Then you are pure evil.

They mean because on episode, Cartman froze in a mountain so that when he was awoken by Butters it would be 2 weeks later and the Nintendo Wii would be out...but uhh he was like 3000 years late. lol.

"Worse than Cartman", to the best of my knowledge is a insult, saying someones worse than eric cartman of south park. eric is a vile evil lil boy who even served an enemy chile that had been made out of the enemies parents! ye gods, i love that show!

Do they mean, Eric Cartman? He's a wretched little boy. He's my favorite character, he's the most human of them, but I sure wouldn't want to get on his bad side.
