What about embroidery or knitting scarves/hats etc - obviously depending on what sort of time you have.
What about baking cakes or cookies with a christmas theme - if you have kids or know kids you can borrow you could even get help decorating them
You could recycle old cards to make new ones or to make table decorations etc.

You can make Christmas ornaments using clear ornaments and potpourri. Or make bath salt using Epsom salt, food coloring, and scented oil.
