What does an East European accent sound like?

One of my friends told me that I had a East European accent....huh?

Usually quite 'husky' - a bit 'throaty' like the French accent, but more 'harsh' than French. Not like Italian at all, not musical.

French and Italian rolled in...the 'r's pronounced. Think of a less strong sounding Borat.
