Soccer is really fun! You will get to know the girls. Playing sports is a great way to meet other kids!
Both me and my brother played sports when younger. We new everyone (we had older sisters), but even for those who did not know people they sure got to know everyone....
Great exercise!
Go for it and have fun!

Soccer is a sort where team spirit prevails. U'll definitely make friends within the team. U must have some of the basics of soccer 1st. If u're good u'll get many friends. Go for it and have fun, that the most important thing.

You might be surprised to find out that other girls there will feel the same way as you.......a coulple of them will be new also.
I understand the way you feel, but trust me I think you will be sorry if you do not TRY...That is the key word here...TRY
you can always quit if you don't like it.....What a good way for you to meet new friends!! when I moved to a new high school in the 10 grade, I didn't speak to anyone b/cause I didn't know anyone,.
and I was so shy..........later on my two best friends thought I was stuck up b/cause I didn't speak to anybody...They said to me. "all you had to do was just say hi! (if only I knew) once they got to know me, they jokingly said,"don't you EVER shut up? LOL
Good luck to you.........Just try hon. its not the end of the world.

Don't worry to much...If they R good friend material they should except U...I was shy when I first tried out for softball...Even though i am really not shy at all...But when it comes to sports I always think i will fail... Just be yourself and try and make yourself heard...If U make the team U should invite them all on a girls night out or something for fun... also try getting to know them now before U try out...

Run, Run, Run! Dribble, juggle, all that fun stuff. Always have a positive attitude, the coaches can teach you soccer, but they can't change your attitude!

As long as you know how to treat the ball, you won't have any problems. You'll become friends later.
