Use a hairdryer to heat up the sticker, and then once you get a corner started, just peel it off.

I've had good luck with heating the sticker with a hair drier until the glue holding it on softens, then pealing it off. This will often leave a sticky residue that will come off with a little Goo Gone or similar cleaner. Note that this'll also take the wax off your paint, so you will need to re-wax the area when you're done, or better yet, wash the car with dish soap and put new wax on the whole thing.

lighter fluid...for like a zippo lighter....it will not hurt the paint and the sticker will come right off

If nothing else will work, try WD-40, and if that don't work take it back to the Dealership, I'm sure they have something.
