My Period is late? Im really scared! Help!?

Ok, I am 13 and i am a virgin. I started my period in June.
It was due on Wednesday and its still not here.
Last month it was 1 day late.
I feel bloated often and my breasts feel slightly tender.
I know im a virgin but im worried im pregnant even though i havn't had sex.
Im really confused and worried cauz its been regular so far until now. Is this normal? Please tell me what to do. Its making me worry all the time.

Lately i have eaten alot of pasta, and had tomato soup very often. Not much veg.

haha don't worry there. the first year or two your periods are going to be a little off. it's stil adjusting. don't worrry. some girls even skip a month sometimes. don't worry though. if you feel as though you need to see a doctor..see one. but i really do'nt think you should worry. it happens.

If you have not had sex , then you are 100 % NOT pregnant. It isn't possible.
It is completely normal for a young girl to have irregular periods for up to 2 years after their first period. You may miss one here and there, have one that lasts longer than normal, or have more than 1 a month.
Stress, sports or weight gain/loss can make a period late.
If you are worried, talk to your mom and have her make a appt. with a Dr.

All your symptoms are also symptoms of your period coming. You will probably be starting anytime.

How can you be pregnant if you're a virgin? Don't worry it's not possible! It's normal at your age to have irregular periods because of your hormones. If you've been stressed or haven't been eating properly recently maybe that's why? I started my periods about 2 years ago and they've never been regular. If you don't get it soon you might need to see your doctor. You should talk to your mum about it.

You can indeed get pregnant if you're a virgin. ;)
It doesn't take intercourse to make a baby, rare but not impossible.
"This meaning, it stills takes any sexual contact with a male. You won't be pulling a Virgin Mary lol


But in your case you're not mentioning petting, oral etc..so it's probably just stress, your age or other reproductive issues.
If your period still doesn't show in a week see your doctor, as "female health" is not something to be neglected at any age.

I had the same problem! Im 13 and mine started in June too!Lol.But yeah mine was pretty regular until last month it came 4 days late and this month a week late! Dont worry! Its fine. The only way you can get pregant is sex, and you havent done that so your not pregnant! Yeah, its fine. Since you've only had it for a little while then its fine, its just getting regular and stuff. Hope I helped!!! Please, dont worry! My friend actually didnt get it at all one month, dont worry, you'll be fine!

you are not pregnant. since you barely started you period in June you shouldnt worry because it takes from 6 months to 2 years to have a stable period. On the first year i got mine it used to skip a month come back. Sometimes i would bleed heavily, other times normal. It takes a while for your period to get stable. Remember the only secure way to not get pregnant is not to have sex at all. your 13 so you should know better. imagine wanting to go to your school dance but you cant go cause yoiu got a kid to take care of. My cousin got pregnant at 14 and she destroyed her life. Her boyfriend told her he loved her, but after she told him she was pregnant, he said it wasnt his.
But the moral of the story is your not pregnant you just need your period to get stable which takes from 6 months to 2 year. And the best way not to get pregnant is abstinence (not having sex)

Don't worry, it is normal for young girls to miss their period in the beginning of the menstrual life.
Just make sure that you remain a virgin, don't over-exercise and don't be too stress and your menstrual cycle should be normal.

Your period dont always come at the same time every month. Sometimes it comes b4 it should and sometimes it comes later then what you think it will...if you havent been doing anything then you shouldnt have anything to worry about.

when i was young i had the same prob. it happened twice that i would go three months without a period. i visited the gyno and they gave me birth control to regulate my period. ou should visit the doctor. its not a huge deal, but it will make you feel better.
