My so called husband wants a divorce and I'm fine with that we have a child together and we just bought a house. He decided he wanted a house after he told me he was leaving because I caught him checking. We've been toghether for 8 years and we have always had arguments about being together. Sometimes I ask him to stay sometimes he ask me for another chance. He always cheats on me and it seems like it getting worse. I sat down with him a few months ago and told him if he couldn't stop it would be over and he said he would . Now he wants a divorce. He finally admitted he has no feelings for me but why in the hell would you buy a house with someone you have no feelings for. I know my daughter has nothing to do with. It seems stupid someone please explain this rational. I yea we hardly ever have sex and I do all of the pushing to try and he alwas tired.

It appears the love is gone and he want's an open marriage and you no that's wrong anyways he may have found love in one of his mistresses. I would say it's over and carry on with your life sell the house split the assets and find a man who will treat you with the dignity and respect you deserve.

This guy is not committed to your relationship. He cheats on you and you let him get away with it with empty promises that "this is the last time." He knows it's not. If you've had this problem twice with this guy, it will always be this way. You and your baby deserve a man to commit to your family. You should feel glad that he has asked for the divorce. That just eliminated the battle.

Why does it matter to you that he asked for a divorce after buying a house with you? At least now, you can either fight for the house or you can sell it for half.

But don't hang on to a cheater. Have more self respect than that, for your child's sake, as well as your own.

Good luck.

maybe buying the house with you was his "effort" at attempting to be a "good husband". then he got drunk one night and cheated on you again and realized he's an *** and will never change and he feels neck deep in sh*t, but the house already bought and it's too late to back out, so the only logical step is divorce. you're better off. get a baby sitter, go out with your girlfriends, find a man for the night and get yourself laid. that's what i'd do. F him.

You both have an equal stake in the house. When a couple divorce, their assets are divided equally. If one of you gets the house, the other gets property equal in value. The name of the borrower and co-borrower on the loan is irrelevant. The house belongs to both of you, regardless of who's bank account the payments come out of.

LET THE IDIOT GO .Move on he is not worthy of you for the mere fact that he cheats on you . He needs to find someone who treats him like shi# like he treats you . Cover your *** and make sure you clean out all bank accounts now . Make him as miserable as he's made you ! Get strong and stay strong .

Because he doesn't like you. And what he learned about you during the stress of buying a home convinced him that financial hell was better than staying with you.
