It's not exactly romance, but then again it is. ^^;; But I'd recommend Ouran High School Host Club.
Oh! And Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne and Full Moon wo Sagashite. ^^ I can't think of many more right now but if I do, I'll post again.

Note: Do NOT watch the Anime version of Love Hina. Unless you already did then thats a shame. Manga version all the way. But with good or decent anime romances

Disgaea (good and cute)
Nadia (best romance/adventure)
D N Angel (good)
Full Metal Panic Fuumofu (good, funny and no action mechs)

romance anime there are thousands of them on youtube. theres marmalade boy, ouran high school host club(wit comedy), mermaid melody, peach girl, wedding peach, boys over flowers/hana yori dango, and kodocha too.
