Sounds like you are tired of being the one night stand and the prey of men who say OK so you have kids - I love kids - no problem - lets go to bed - and do you - then they run away saying no way do I want kids. This is a class of men you find in the wrong place. Try libraries, bookstores, theater, etc. If you want a good man with class go to classy places to hunt. Your life is not over at 40 with three kids unless you cannot balance yourself with the 3 honestly and equitably. Your love for them is primary but always secondary to love of self. Have confidence and self esteem and belief in yourself and your abilities and you get what you want. Have doubts and you flounder around the predatory tank.

Why should your life be over? It certainly cant be as you have 3 kids to look after. Do you mean your love life?

Dont worry about men! Sort yourself and the kids out and try to be happy, and only add a male into the mix if you really want to!

It shouldn't matter, but it often does, though if I'm honest, you're within the right age group to be more likely to find someone decent, than say if I was to find myself single now with two kid's at the age of 26. Older men are more likely to be in the same situation as you, whereas younger men are usually more likely to be single and want a girl without baggage.

So in summary, no your life is not over. Get a hobby outside of the home, to maximise your chances of meeting someone decent, and just enjoy life with your kid's, cos they won't be kid's forever, and then you'll be free to be with whoever you want, whenever you want. Your kid's should be number one for now.

If you still want to go out dating there are guys out there that wouldn't mind going out with a woman that has kids. They maybe harder to find but they are out there.

LOL. If you go to a website called www.adultfriendfinder.com you will actually see that men prefer women of our caliber. Apparently we already have children. Know what we want in bed and make better lovers. The fact that we have children means we dont want as much from them as our younger counterparts.
