Without a doubt it was Queen Victoria. Why would take to long here but suffice it to say she was the mother or grandmother of most of the crowned heads of Europe and exerted tremendous influence on them as well as on society, customs, fashion and alliances for well over half a century. So influential was she that the entire western world refers to that period in time as the Victorian Era.

I believe the woman who impacted the planet it the greatest way, be it good or bad, was Queen Victoria of the British Empire. She commanded more control over more of the planet than any woman before or since.
