One of my moments comes through creating... Painting, carving, working with hide... it's all... kind of a moving meditation. It's different from the plan, ie... Today I will make a rattle.

Once I begin, it's like the materials become an extension of my head and heart, and I can put into them whatever I choose...

The cats purring on my pillow. The sweetest, most soothing sound on earth. It grounds me, calms me after a rough day. I love to be home safe & cozy in bed with the cats. That is my zen.

Zen has neither a place or moment. It just is, as in the thing in itself! As for myself, I come and go as I please or as my karma will permit and see no differences worth seeking or clinging to!

My moments are when I'm writing. My writing is an all encompassing passion. I pour myself into my writing, and my mind if free.

My place is lying with my head on my boy friends chest, listening to his heart beat and his breathing, the rythm starts to match my own. My eyes are closed, and his hands play with the hair on my forehead. I'm relaxed, silent, and free.

Hope this answered your question.

While driving to work in the morning. I love to drive, and my mind is still fresh in the morning so it is a very relaxing and introspective time for me.

Unless of course some as*s decides to not merge correctly, or decides he likes my as*s so much he is going to try and buttfuck me right there on the road...
but then all that passes, and I am back to my cruising :)
