There is this song "The Ballad of Maxwell Demon" by Shudder to Think. Even though I'm pretty shy, when I hear this song I can do what ever I like.
The other is "I would be your slave" by David Bowie. It moves me, and makes me fell serenity.

I'd feel murderous too if a Keane song woke me up.
If I listen to Bullet For My Valentine when I'm in a bad mood, I get really angry at EVERYONE for no reason whatsoever.
And Coldplay never fail to make want to hit something - preferably the lead singer.

Keane are guff - no wonder!
Many songs effect me in many ways. Some give me rushes (a throw back form my clubbling days I think) and some pick me up when I feel down.
Others, like Keane, depress me at the thought of posh college boys getting record contracts for learning 5 chords!

You got woken up by Keane? Poor you! No wonder you felt murderous! As for songs that have a strange effect on me, I feel like throwing up and crying whenever I hear anything by Razorlight - I can't stand them!

Keane makes my face squirm and I have the sudden urge to projectile vomit whilst sticking my fingers in my ears to block out the sound of their monotonous whiny public school trying to be cool but failing miserably voices.

Through the Barricades by Spanda Ballet made me cry the first time I heard it-and it still does to this day!
True-also by Spandau Ballet-is my 'comfort blanket song'. It always makes me happy and content-cheers me up when I'm down.
