I need some help with the Sims Complete Collection...?

Well when i go to install SCC my scanner's page keeps popping up, and SCC and the Epson scanner have nothing to do with eachother! Or if you have a number i can call within the U.S please give!

Disable your scanner, turn it off and/or unplug it
