Well if he already has gf than its silly to be fighting over him. The same thing happened to me my friend. She found out that this guy she liked, liked me. So she told me and she couldn't stop thinking about him (I liked him to)Anyway I told her that she had to move on and she agreed with and thats how we got over that problem.

just tell them he got a girl and they are friends what they look like fight over the same boy. Thats not cool find someone else to like and make sure it is not the same person.
