you can't have a meaningless life if you :
1- believe in God
2- love everybody
3-have a real family
4-have a dream
5-respect your self
6-have a real friend
7- working hard
8-enjoy God's will
9- have a HOPE
if you start to work on these points you'll start to have a meaning life and the most important thing to start with is GO BACK TO GOD AND TELL HIM ABOUT ALL YOUR PROBLEMS AND TAKE HIM AS A GOOD FRIEND ( this is not bla.. bla..blaa)
I tried it before. GOOD LUKE

Yes, and it`s a very sad moment. You have to change Little things until you feel good again. A simple change of looks. If you can, maybe your job, or if you are at college change some activities to try to find your path again. But believe me, your life is not meaningless. You have something important to do in this life and sooner or later you`ll know what. Good luck!!!

I believe that everyone has probably felt this.
It believe that it stems from a loss of focus.
Try setting a goal, start off with a small one, and once you meet this you will feel a sense of accomplishment.
Examples of goals could include going to the local library and looking at books. Believe it or not just that getting out, change of pace, or something new can give you a shot in the arm.
Also I have found it important to develop a personal relationship with God, something to give you encouragement, direction. Meet with positive minded and goal seeking people.

This is because most people do not know our purpose in life. According to the Vedic literature the purpose of human life is to understand our relationship with our creator also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu etc. We are in the land of illusion (Maya) which is full of suffering, and misery. We need to have the veils of illusion removed to see things as they are and be truly happy. The quickest and easiest way to do this is to chant the Maha Mantra or the Great Mantra for deliverance. go to http://www.stephen-knapp.com/chanting_hare_krishna.htm there is a wealth of knowledge on this site for self realization which will give one real peace and happiness

i've felt a vague sense of this for a while, and it isn't a huge issue (at least for me) because it doesn't impair my functioning (usually) because even when often when i am doing something a sense of how pointless it is (homework, a sport, a boardgame, a chore) and that i should be doing something useful will come to me but i can't think of anything remotely useful that i am capable of, and do whatever it is even tho it often seems pointless. probly not the best solution, obviously. so ask me why i even posted it.

Talk to a trusted person, and get your feelings out. These feelings are temporary, based on what's going on in your life at the time.
