Ok so I am taking an astonomy class right now and we are supposed to record the sky throughout the semester. I unfortuantly have fallen lazy. Is there a website that can give me past sky charts? please help..

Yes. Skymaps.com will give you month by month skymaps. Shame on you for not keeping up with an assignment that would only require a few minutes daily. Good luck to you in the future.

If you want to make some comment about sunrise/sunset times or moonrise/moonset times (and how this has changed over the course of the semester or over the course of a month) you can check out the site below. It allows you to put in your latitude and longitude and calculates these times for you.

You can make some statements about going to look at the sky, but finding it cloudy -- you'll need to check weather records for that.

You can make a statement about the Leonid meteor shower which just occurred. I suggest checking the web for info about that.

You can write something about the Autumnal Equinox and what that means.

I'd look up moon phases as well, and comment on them through out the semester.
