timer thing that can come with birthcontrol pills to remind you to take them? I coulda swore that I heard something about it. Do you have any information on it?

Not that I'm aware of, but get a cheap digital watch that has an alarm. Since you have to take the pill every day at around the same time, that may help you remember.

I don't take birth control pills, but I have programmed my cell phone to beep each day to remind me to take my diabetes medication on time.
