I'm not a guy but my man got me a heart pendant necklace. unless she already has one, I'd recommend a basic round diamond pendant, or a tennis bracelet if you can afford it. and as far as why someone wouldn't want to get jewelry, it's because it's a lot of money for something that she might not like or have anything to wear with.

no. she doesn't wear jewelry. only a watch,no pierced ears or nose or anything else.
