I know how you feel. It is like you are just going through the motions with nothing of significance happening. Sometimes I catch myself wandering why in the hel I continue on. This is when I usually write. I may not be Hemingway but I sure feel better after I write. Try it!

This time of year can make a lot of us feel blah. Could be the lack of sunlight. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)...It could be diet & exercise. I don't exercise enough & I eat crap. I find that I don't have much energy & it's a vicious cycle (no energy so you don't exercise, so you don't have energy.) If you force yourself to exercise you actually start to feel better. Can be hard to motivate yourself. You have to try to get out of your rut. Life is what you make it. Do things that you enjoy. You also may not be getting enough sleep which can cause constant fatigue (another problem for me as I work shiftwork & can't always get proper sleep). Or you may be suffering from depression. Talk to your doctor for some suggestions.
Try to enjoy the little things in life. Look for the beauty that is there. It's easy to get dragged down with the drudgery of daily life (especially if you hate your job etc). Just focus on the positive. No matter what it may be. Whatever you enjoy. Be good to yourself. Have a bubble bath by candlelight. Indulge in a fun hobby. Push yourself to get more out of life.
Hope you feel better. You're not alone!
:)

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance... goes some saying.
Come on! everyone feels that way sometime in life, but that is not the end of everything! So don't waste your time feeling tired... just get up and start living... soon you will enjoy your dance with Life!

Sounds like your hormones are out of balance, the positive energy is missing and the lack of iron in your blood all contribute to your low cycle in life. A change in attitude, friends, outlook and even change of scenery can do wonders....at least try it.

The essence of your being is unconditional love,it is your duty to express that to the best of your ability. the more you give away the more you have. PS i feel this way if i let my type 2 diabetes have to much sugar and not enough exercise.

It's the time of year. All I can suggest is going to different part of world where there is more light or investing in a SAD light machine.

Definitely depression in one form or another. See a professional if it lasts longer than two weeks.

nope its not it. You just need to do something exciting, something that could get your blood rushing through your vain and a heart raising event. Whatever it is go for it and good luck.

Yes, actually it doesn't get any better. Chances are you'll get audited by the IRS in April. So, it actually just gets worse.
