What Do People Think of San Franciscans?

I want to know what people think of Californians- especailly San Franciscans- All my friends from other states hink were all shallow and blonde and dumb, and we spend our days at the beach and complaining about our maids and when were getting our plastic surgery! What do you think?

Although I have not been in California since 1971, I was born in Northern California and lived in Santa Rosa for a year before moving to a lot of different places. My older sister still lives in Oakland. I love San Francisco and still have almost a sensory missing of it in the fall when the air is crisp and clear and I can almost feel the breeze from the wharf. I love the diversity and beauty of its colors and architecture. Golden Gate Park has something for anyone and everyone.

We visited San Francisco a couple of years a go it was great. We went to Fisherman's Dwarf and then by ferry over to Alcatraz. My daughter wants to move there when she is grown. I don't know about that though.

We only call it "the city", that's what all of us call it, and so do the newspapers, yet in any different case we only call it San Francisco. "Frisco" is definitely retarded, if somebody pronounced because it that, i could completely no longer even affiliate San Francisco with it.
