My period ended about a week ago and now for the last 2 days I have light pink spotting? What could the problem be?

If you continue to get spotting and it doesn't let up, you could have a miscarriage. After I got pregnant (I was working in the paint room at a factory and their ventilation didn't work well so we smelled paint fumes 8 hours a day), I noticed that I was bleeding a bit every day. I went through so many tampons, and I ended up miscarrying at about week 8. I later asked my friend about that (she was a nurse), and she said that bleeding continuously can be signs of a miscarriage. If it stops in a few days you shouldn't worry, but if it keeps up ask your doc.

Ok here is what I think it is. I had this same exact thing happen to me. It had never happened before as I recall, but it was spotting from ovulation. Sometimes when an egg breaks loose you can have very light spotting. I was trying to get pregnant, so my husband and I had sex and I got pregnant. So if you want to get pregnant, have sex, if you don't, dont, or use protection. :)

it could be implantation bleeding, it could be a result of stress. Also you didn't mention if you've been sexually active but it could be a result of your cervix being enlarged (extra blood in it) and the blood vessels popping a little from having sex. (this is most common during pregnancy and is okay.)
