technically you can get pregnant at anytime during your cycle. although it is most likely on the day you ovulate.
and by the way you being a minor should have nothing to with it... as long as you have your period your body is capable of making a baby and really pregnancy knows no age. (i can't believe they would say that)

It's possible. You menustrate for a week, how long is your cycle? If you bleed heavily, watch out for anemia.

you can not get pregnant while you have your period.and to be sure you won't , use condoms.
