My old porcelain bathtub never seems to look clean after I clean it. Does anyone know how I can get it to appear as clean as it really is? Any store-bought cleansers or homemade concoctions that will work??

the works is the best thing to clean your porcelain tub with. Its really cheap, you can get it at the dollar store for a dollar a bottle, get two bottles the first time. Its a really toxic cleaner though so you may want to use gloves. I usually spray the tub down and let it soak for a few minutes, then i soak a rag in it again and everything will just wipe right off, soap scum and everything, no scrubbing at all. works really great on porcelain, just be sure you rinse it really well before anyone takes a bath and make sure its ventilated because its really strong.Good luck!!
