I have banged my wrist lower arm today and there is a massive sweeling.

It is tender to the touch, I dont feel any pain when I dont touch it.

Could it be broken?

I went to the hospital todaay, they did not do an xray, the physio did a series of test and said that I was fine.

So thanks everyone for your advice!!

I doubt it. Not from just a bang anyway. The swelling is a defence mechanism for the trauma...it protects against any further injury.
If it is just "tender" dont worry. If you press it hard and you go through the roof, go to A and E.

It could either be broken or you can have a chipped bone. The best thing to do is go to a doctor, urgent care or emergency room. Unfortunately none of us here can give you a diagnosis as we can't see it nor do we know how you did it.

Ice - maximum actually. it is going to shrink the swelling, and make your hands experience greater effective extraordinarily much right this moment. I agree - stay faraway from the medicine, it won't practice you ways to lots besides.

I would get it checked - I fell on mine & when i decided that the swelling wasnt going down I went to the walk-in centre. Had it x-rayed & it was fractured.
good luck

it could be just an inflammation of the bursa. See your doc.
