Talk to her about the very real issues that she will face living on the streets.
How does she plan to make money? Is she willing to have sex with strangers, pose for nude photos or sell drugs? Because that's what most young males and females who run away end up doing at one time or another to survive.
How will she protect herself? Does she know the death statistics of runaways?
Where will she sleep, go to the bathroom, shower, clean her clothes?
How will she carry all her belongings around with her?
Serioulsly, make her think of these things. It's a heavy conversation, but you are her friend and she will take you seriously, more seriously than her parent/s.
PS.
Don't tell her parent/s untill you have talked to her. If she does not change her mind, ask her parent if she can come and live with your family for a while. Maybe she just needs some space from her situation for a bit.

the best thing you can do for her is first just talk to her and let her know that running away isn't the answer. However if that don't work, call her parents or the police if you think she is in danger at home.

Also you can call the local boys and girls town in your area, or a church, or go to your teacher. This sounds like something that is beyond your ability solve. Your and her are going to need some real help with this. She may be upset with you at first, but be a true friend and don't let her make this mistake no matter who you have to tell. Don't wait. Time lost could mean a good friend lost as well.

i suggest doing some research on the web. one site that is very graphic is crime library this site will give the offal details of what happens to young children by perverts and killers. as i said this is really graphic. and this site is no joke these are real stories. you can also go to google search and type in missing and murdered children.also very detailed, not for the weak at heart. good luck.

You should try to talk to her,but if she won't listen you need to tell her mother or yours. If anything does happen to her,You don't want the guilt of knowing you could have said something.

if she's not listening to you, you should talk to somebody close to her, like her mom or dad... it's so serious and you should do that for your friend ...
