I guess you are chasing a missed call! or a wrong number whose voice was lovely! Do not get trapped by the voice! I have seen manly voice for a teen and a honey voice for a 60 year old aunty (granny....may be).
Define your purpose! I can help you out with the methods!
a. You just want to trace an address:
Legally you can lodge a valid complaint. Then police will trace the number and dig out the address. The complain must be genuine. No hanky panky business. or else police will trace your address.
Example: Some one owes you money and changed the residence
Some one threatens you over phone
Some one bothers you with fake calls
Some one blackmails you
b. You want to follow a caller with a lovely voice, who is playful with you!
Never follow this caller! You are wasting your valuable time!
c. You just want to see who called you last week and talked so sweet about you!
Same as answer b.

It isnt possible dude sorry. Mobile companies do not give you the details about on whose name a particular number is registered leave alone their address!! unless u are a cop maybe.

I ve an excel based software by whivh you can know the city atleast, but law doesn't permit such informations to be shared.
