i will never forget the day of my graduation the time i realized that i really did have friends that care about me and 8th grade(its a long story)

I will never forget the time I changed career fields. Back in the early 90's I was a car salesman. I got very burned out and very ineffective at sales. A Friend of mine was a truck driver..We talked..He said he was making about the same kind of money that I was making..SO..With no money, shaky credit, a wife and two kids to feed and absolutely no knowledge whatsoever of that industry I went to truck driving school. The family never missed a meal, but I did. It was a three weeks school, and I think I ate maybe once a day for the entire time..The happiest moment of that period was the day a man I didn't even know, told me he would pay me $30 to shovel snow out of his driveway. Man, what a defining period in my life. FYI ten years later, the kids are about in college (honor roll students), they have lived in a nice home for the passed several years, and no one in my family does without.

Other than the births of my children, the first time I had a patient die while in my ambulance. That's something I will never forget. It was almost 5 years ago and I still remember his face and his name.
