the lady that got kicked off the delta plane for breast feeding .. i was wondering how many people out there thought that she should have coverd up while she was feeding her child.. i personally think breast feeding in public is ok as long as you have respect for others and cover up

I agree with you 100% I breast feed all my kids, but always made sure I had a blanket to cover myself up, no one needs to see that especially other children, even though all females should breast feed if they can that is, but no one wants to see it, not even family.

In the UK it is now law that a public establishment cannot stop a woman breast feeding in public,if they do they can get a large fine....a women should be allowed to breast feed her child anywhere they want ..

I agree with you. Breast feeding is ok in public as long as the woman covers it up.

I don't think people should breast feeding in public. I was able to fed my chilren by pumping and there was never a reason for me to have to breast feed in public. There are ways to do things. A time and place to do them. Not a bonding moment if your doing it in front of the world........

I think breastfeeding in public is fine as long as the woman is covered. As for the lady on the plane, she should have been allowed to stay and from what I hear she had covered herself appropriately with her shirt.

Yeah me too. Or they should have a special breast-feeding room on planes, like they have at some churches.

I think a woman should be modest enough to want to cover herself, even if it is just breast feeding.

I wasn't aware of this story, but Yes, they should have discretely provided her with a cover if she didn't have one. Some people think nothing of it, and this includes alot of peoples children, Children should be aware and exposed to all types of normal natural (non-sexual) healthy human behavior...That said, she shouldn't have been kicked off a plane unless she was extreemly beligerant in some way!

Cover up.
The miracle is nowhere near as delightful to the rest of us as it is to you!
Go ahead and breastfeed, but COVER UP.
