I love the old songs... Perry Como, Andy Williams, Bing Crosby... nothing like 'em.....

Mostly old, but I like the new ones too.
Funny story about an older Christmas song that my kids and I had never heard........We lived way up in the mountains in Idaho and could not get any radio reception, so we got a satellite and listened to the music stations. There was one that played all Christmas music, but seemed to play the same ones over and over, We were listening one day and this is what we thought we heard...." Jolly Old St. Nicholas, Beam your REAR this way!....." We started cracking up and kept singing it like that until an older person told us it was " Jolly Old St. Nicholas, Lean your EAR this way." Oh! That made sense! But to this day, We still sing "Jolly Old St. Nicholas, Beam your Rear this way!"
It's our little joke.

This depends on what you class as old Christmas songs, if you mean the traditional carols and such then I defiantly prefer the new ones. It's not really Christmas until you hear Slade singing.

I'm very sentimental, so I like the old songs, but there are new ones I like, too. I'm learning how to play Faith Hill's "Where Are You Christmas" on the piano right now, it's such a pretty song.

Definately the OLD classics.
The newer stuff is so PC, it's hard to listen to.

old ones for sure. I'm not really a fan of any of the new ones. They totally miss the point of the holiday. my fav song is Oh Holy Night...always has been...always will be

l like the beats of the new ones but i have to say that oldies beat newies!! cant beat the classics =] have a good week!
