Has any one who has used penis enlargment pills/cream/herbs etc etc ,tell your experience ; does they realy works ,if so which one and how can i get it.
please tell the truth, and only truth bcoz there are many sites who claim they are No: 1 in this matter/field.

Don't waste your cash nothing works. Just learn to use what you have well. Ladies prefer guys with short penises used well than long penises used badly honest.

In answer to your titled question, "Does they really works?"...
Yes, a Dictionary really DOUCHE work, that and a spell-checker would help you immensely. Just kiddin'.
As for your "enlargement" problems, I suggest you test all the products you've mentioned on yourself...
PILLS: Test by inserting in your rear, if you develop enlarged hemorrhoids to the point you can barely walk, you KNOW it works. Simply spin your pants around and walk backwards. Your new found bulge will attract women like flies... that or flies like women.
CREAM: Apply as a dessert topping. If you notice your single scoop ice-cream cone magically turning into a TRIPLE scoop, then you KNOW it works. This may in fact solve world hunger as we know it!
HERBS: Roll them up in paper and smoke. If after 10 minutes your head resembles a giant light-bulb, then you KNOW it works. And if nothing happens? Frankly, you'll be too wasted to care.
If after ALL of this testing NONE of these products work, I'd suggest working on your personality instead....
Me? I have a LOUSY personality.... but then again, I don't NEED one... and I can prove it walking FOREWARD.
