irs sent me a form to fill out for unearned income credit,I did & sent it back but never got any check?

Youj're probably talking about the Earned Income Credit. If it's been more that 2 months, call them and ask. Is there any possibility it got grabbed for payments due like child support? If it was taken for any debts, you should have been notified.

On irs.gov toward the left of the screen, there's a link "Where's my refund" - you could check there first if you know what the amount was supposed to be, then if it doesn't explain the problem, call the IRS and ask.
