its like a turtleneck sweater except the neck part isnt so tight, the neck part is huge and it kinda drapes down.
lol sorry that doesnt make a lot of sense..if anyone knows the name or found a pic of what im talking about thatd be great

Bolero or shrug. Boleros are those that are sort of greater like a jacket. Shurgs are the greater sweater-ish looking ones. Cropped cardigans oftentimes end at your organic waist, overlaying extremely greater desirable than a shrug.
