ok i recently upgraded to windows xp, don't have sp2 installed yet, my cd burner is an external one, plugs into a usb port, well i was trying to burn cd out and the computer said windows don't reconize this device, then it said high speed device plugged into a non high speed hub, must install a high speed hub controller to fix this problem, so what is a high speed hub controller? and where do i get one? and how do i install it? can someone help me please?

High speed hub controller is USB 2. You can upgrade to USB2 by buying a USB2 PCI card available from most computer shops. You can fit it yourself or take it to a shop and they will do it for you (for a price I expect)
