Basic recipe is Chicken broth, Liver, Gizzard, Heart I use some small pieces of broken up chicken and hard boiled eggs chopped up as well. Other than that add some butter ( or margarine ) a little salt and pepper, dash of garlic and bring to boil then thicken with flour and water. You can use starch to thicken but it gels when refrigerated.
Didn't know if you needed detailed or just an overview, if you need more just let me know via email, ok. Hope this helps :)

Simple: Boil your giblets and any other parts you wish to eat. Depending on the number of people you will serve, pour 2-3 cups of drippings from turkey into a large skillet. Add enough flour to thicken to desired consistency, add the giblets etc.., add 2-3 chopped boiled eggs, Add salt and pepper. stir constantly until thickened and pour in bowl. You may use chicken broth instead of the drippings, but the taste will be slightly different.
