In Vitro seems like a bit drastic for simple sperm allergy--IUI or Intrauterine Insemination is almost always the first treatment. Steroid therapy may also help. Find yourself a good Reproductive Endocrinologist--if you don't already have one--and discuss your options. IUI is generally inexpensive--about 200-300 per cycle. Best of luck to you!
