I was wondering if anyone who has seen or read Richard Greenberg's play could help me with Mason's democracy and baseball monologue. I'm working on my delivery right now, but I'm just not sure what kind of emotion I should put into it. I've read a few reviews of the show and it seems like this monologue is supposed to be pretty passionate. Anyone have any suggestions?

When I do a monologue, I just read it over and over and over, then I read it aloud over and over and over, I put my own little tweaks in it and then I find a friend and present it to them and then get their imput on it.
