My kids have ton of stuffed animals that take batteries, and they all need to be cleaned badly. But I can't throw them in washer, does anybody have anyother suggestions?

What do you do with an old shirt from the back f my young brother that hangs in the back of the closet when he was thirteen he bought these Chartres card BOARDS And made these spiral shaped Cones A child then And for the years we hung them and cried uncle do not think they are no longer around come every Christmas we buy a trinket up those trees in the name of him how come no one talks about these things they rather talk about tit for tat,,why because no matter how toy spell it it sounds the same DID i Buy a tree no i do not , the poll of my life hangs on the porch r,w,b.? some time wet and frozen and two Yellow plate glass roses you would think they were twins all they represent are NO RESPECT FOR WHAT !! I heard a long time ago... and I've used this method for just regular stuff animals that were too delicate to wash.
put it in a pillow case, sprinkle it with baking soda in and let it sit for a day... then take it out and vacuum.
If it had any sticky stains or visible stains then blot it out with a washcloth or clean damp sponge first and let dry.
The baking soda will make it smell fresh like new.

Rub in corn starch, wiggle it around through the fur, then pat it out or vacuum it off.

You'll still need a damp rag for the gooey stuff, but the corn starch trick will make the fur look fairly new again.

If the battery pack can't be removed, use a damp clothe soaked with lysol.

I just use a damp wet rag it works for me
