I TRY TO PUT UP DA VOLUME AND IT SAYS (AVLS) AND IT WONT GO UP CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY?

That is pretty strange. Maybe your buttons are broken. Does the same thing happen when you use the Headphone remote? You might want to go here for more help - http://www.psphacking101.com/forum

look at the bottom of you psp and see the volume up botton that has a plus then press it ok you loser and another reason is probley because you just cant hear++++
