Yzerman was much more than points to the Wings, but he was an incredible scoring talent too. He had amazing leadership abilities (longest any player ever wore the "C"- 21 years) and the youngest ever as well. Not even a question of when he enters the Hall, first ballot elected. Best of all he was every bit as class an act off the ice as on it!
We were blessed to watch his career and likely wont see another talent like him in our lifetime.

i guess you never seen howe but yzerman is one of the best alltime as a toronto fan we sure hoped he was unable to play when the wings came.
