I think 12 kmpl in the city is fair for a midsizer like the Fiesta. I assume you use the air-con. Considering the choc-a-bloc traffic we have in our cities, 12 kmpl should not bother you too much. A lot depends on the way you drive. The smoother your driving methods, the better your mileage will be. Take the car out on the highway once in a while and see how the mileage improves. And yes, even for new gen cars, efficiency should improve slightly after run-in.

Call the dealer. That is about right but check it on their site.

Lots depends on how you drive. Slow smooth starts and smooth stop will increase it some, this comes after practise, if bran new the millage should be up once it is broken in after first oil change.
