She likes herself. She knows she isn't perfect, but she is comfortable with who she is.
She is confident in what she can do, and makes no excuses if something in her life doesn't go right. She doesn't blame men or anyone else. She has a "can do" attitude, and is positive and hopeful about life.
Intelligence. She has the ability to understand complex issues, and doesn't simply dismiss others without giving them a fair say.
Of course, a smile is always nice. :)
