Pros: It is a perfect size (any thinner and it would be just uncomfortable to hold)
The screen is updated and now much, much brighter and more clear.
It can hold up to 8gb of memory (all flash based)
Album art, and even games (brick, solatare, and parachute)
it has notes (you can read documents on it
you can read lyrics with it.
calender, stopwatch, world clock. and a password protect
24 hour battery life
multi color options
scratch free (aluminum body)
accessories (speakers, lanyards, radios, remotes, etc.)
CONS
your stuck with iTunes no other program that i know of works with an apple ipod.
battery is irreplaceable once it runs out of charges (it has under 500)
i havnt had any problems, but im scared it might break because of its thin size.
pretty small screen in comparasion to others
no video
no radio build in, no microphone either.
the price, it is pretty high in comparasion to other competitors like the Sandisk Sansa e250 series (which have radio video, and bigger screen and still manage to be CHEAPER)
they are also more expensive than the Zen V. so just keep in mind that there are better options out there, but the nano is definitely the slimmest, and "coolest" looking

The good thing about and Ipod nano, it can hold up to I think 1000 songs or something like it. The bad thing about it is, that it's really small and easy to lose. Very compatible. I want to buy one myself :]

good is the size, and with, i think, 4 gb available, its a decent amount of storage. great for working out

the bad?
no video playback, if you plan on using it in your car, the screen may be too small to mount it on the dash.
personally, i'd go with the ipod video, or the new microsoft zune.

The bad: the battery runs out in about a year. You can't replace it yourself (its like impossible). You would have to get it replaced in the shop (free the first time), but after like 2 years you gonna have to pay like $100 dollars each time to replace the battery

Oh yeah, and it can also get scratched VERY, VERY easily.

good: great fit for your pocket or hand
bad: the click wheel is a bit too small
good: free devil case - you only pay s&h
bad: doesn't hold that many songs [and no videos]
