I keep seeing such insinuations, and wondered where they came from. I suspect it is the same source that gave us that other fairy tale: Weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

It seems a bit of a stretch from building nuclear power stations to building empires.

It is exactly the same people who said Iraq had WMDs and should be invaded. Slowly they are building a case for possible future military action against Iran.

Israel, but than again it might be they started such a vicious rumor about a country that wants to blow them off the map. Since if you ask that fool in Iran he would say the Holocaust never happened. Oh yeah Fairy tale right?

Why not try the president of Iran..he did make the statement, (seen world wide on CNN) that Babylon is to be the capital of the world. A world run by Muslims.. Why don't you stay abreast of the news as it is happening.

The Iranians!!, but I guess some people don't believe Amadinajad when he speaks, and when I say speaks I mean what he tells his own people not the sugar coated statements he makes to the western media, and when I say sugar coated I mean so sugar coated their unrecognizable, and many in the west are dumb enough to believe them. What he tells us is exactly 180 degrees from the truth and that is specifically allowed under Muslim law as long as it's done to further Islam. I suggest to you and everyone who reads this to watch a video called Obsession to get the true story.

I don't suspect them of wanting to build an empire.
But they want to spread their influence. That should be evident from recent events.

Booboo got it right. You really need to educate yourself Cinderella. Please watch the movie "Obesession" about radical Islam. Iran is right there with them. This has actual footage from their own mouths.
