Last Friday I accidently elbowed my classmate in the boob pretty hard, she had to cry, I said sorry but it didn't help much. How bad did I hurt her? Does it actually hurt at all? I don't know, I'm a guy.

If this girl was going through PMS it would have really hurt because breasts are tender and painful at this time. If not it would hurt the only way to compare would be to think how it would have felt on your testicals, would it have droppped you.
I glad you apologized that's the most important thing.
Buy her a flower and tell her sorry one more time, she'll forgive and forget.

YES it hurts! It would be like you getting kicked in the testicles. Since it was an accident, I'm sure she's not angry...but was probably in a lot of pain at that moment. Call her or whenever you see her...ask if she's ok and apologize again

It does hurt, but not enough to make me cry. I think getting poked in the eye hurts a lot worse. You can hurt a person's eye just by touching it.

Most girls chest area is about as tender as a boys groin area. You may have some idea of how much she hurt if you imagine being hit in your groin with about the same force.

properly while ever i'm getting hit there it in many circumstances doesnt harm that undesirable. yet I by no skill have been given hit with a elbow. yet my chum has, she suggested it hurts as undesirable as a guy getting kicked in the balls!

It realy hurts when a guy hits a girls boobs. this guy at my school when i was waiting in the lunch line the guy bumbed into me and hit my boobs i said to him why the **** you bumbed into me.

It would hurt but in a day or so she'd be fine. You appologized and it was an accident, case closed. She won't die from it.
