You could try 3D Home Architech. I had an old version on my lap top in '96, but I think there is a newer version that came out just a few years ago.

ArchiCAD. Its a library based application with lots of furniture and other structural details and fantastic renders. Although architectural, it gives you the opportunity to do anything you might think
