If you are not suffering overtly from stress, I would consider your diet. If have a poor diet, or are not getting enough vitamins+minerals it can affect your hormone levels.

Cut out junk food, and sugary foods, and try taking a "one a day" multivitamin, and an omega3-6 supplement. Ensure you have a balanced diet. Try this for a couple of months, if no better see your doc. If your overweight get some exercise.

You might want to check out info on Polycystic ovary syndrome, which causes the symptoms you describe.

It sounds as though you are dealing with a hormonal imbalance that is affecting your cycles. This can be caused by stress, illness, fatigue, or other factors. Contact your doctor about going on a regimen of hormone therapy for a while to regulate your cycles before trying to become pregnant again.

This sound like a question that a doctor could answer. You should make a doctors appointment and have them take a test, like a pap smear so that he/she could find out what is going on.. Good Luck to you....
