Negative, always negative!

Look at what happened to the Native Americans in N. & S. America and what's even more sad, look at what they did to the Filipinos, some of them are too brainwashed and stupid to not know they are Asians making them think they are Pacific Islanders or Hispanics (Hispanics are of mixed Native American decendants) when it is clear they are related to the Malays and Indonesians!

I don't think the people of the land mattered, it was strictly self serving. What were the positive effects the acquired land would have upon their own lives. People are basically selfish.
