I work at place where pets are kept while their owners are gone and I hate the place. Pets are always neglected and owners are lied to all the time. They think their pet is getting what is advertised and what they are paying for. But in truth they arn't and if they do its not done to the owners liking. All the buissness owners want is money, and the staff could care less about the animals, some arn't even qualified. It makes me so mad and I just want to yell at the pet owners to leave this place and tell all the people you know about how these people neglecte pets. Please help me, I hate staying silent.

sweetie, if these animals are being neglected then you should not stay silent. if you want to anonymously contact animal control, the police, or better business offices, you can. animals should not be mistreated. especially someone's babies. if these owners find out on their own, all hell will break loose. that's much like messing with their children. you could get in trouble even if you didn't do any of it. i would quit that place and i would contact the proper authorities. pet owners should have the right to know also.

If the animalsa are actually being neglected (they don't have ready access to water, food, shelter and warmth) then contact an animal welfare group (RSPCA in the UK) and ask for their advice.
You could I suppose go to the press but you would need to make sure you had clear evidence first. I hate to sound negative but legally you can't say things about people unless you can prove what you are saying is true (you could end up in trouble yourself otherwise.)
Yelling won't help anyone but I understand your frustrations because I am an animal lover myself.
You could, I suppose, tell your bosses what you think but if you do, in all honesty, they will probably find a reason to dismiss you.
The only other practical suggestions I have are to either always ensure you provide the animals with the care they need or if it is too distressing leave and find another job.

I think you should report the owner because those animals have to be cared for right at all times. It breaks my heart to hear of this going on. I love animals and i wish you would call the animal control center about this and let them go take a look and if they keep a check on the care of the animals then the owner might start taking care of them better. But ,if the they catch him doing wrong they will close him down especially if he is not licensed to take care of animals.I hope you do something about this matter because those animals have no one but you right now.
Make the right choice please.
God Bless
