hey ur not lame... life is a process of learning and we are all in it =) if ur using Internet Explorer right click on the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop. then go to properties. then once the window has oped displayin the properties on the General tab there should be a button saying Delete Cookies. click on that. after that if u really wanna free up space on ur hard drive click on the button next to it which says DELETE FILES.. click on that as well and dont forget to tick the box askin wether u wanna delete offline content. do this and ur sorted... hope it goes well... cheers!

Do you have an Anti Spy program on your computer? If you don't just download they Yahoo Tool Bar and they have an Anti Spy program on it. All you have to do is run this program to get rid of the cookies.
